(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.161 dated 11.02.2022 registered under Section 506 IPC and Section 3 (2)/3(1)(b), (c), (z) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station Barwala, District Hisar, Haryana.

Reply by way of affidavit dated 31.08.2022 of Ashok Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarter, Hisar, on behalf of respondent No.1-State is taken on record. As per reply, pursuant to order dated 30.03.2022 petitioner has joined the investigation on 06.05.2022. In view of above, order dated 30.03.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
