Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners have been summoned to face trial in exercise of powers under Section 319 Cr.P.C. They were named in the supplementary statement of the complainant. During investigation, they were found innocent by the investigating agency. Now they have been summoned as additional accused.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case petitioners appear before the trial court within 10 days from today and furnish bail bonds, they shall be admitted to bail on such terms and conditions as the trial court may deem fit.
