(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents No.1 to 3 to take action in accordance with law on the representation dated 13.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) submitted vide CR No. 1603913, by the petitioner before respondent No.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to look into the representation dated 13.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) and take appropriate action.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 13.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) and take necessary steps, if any required, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

The present petition stands disposed off.
