HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.03 dated 05.01.2023, registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa (Annexure P-1), whose bail application has been dismissed vide order dated 10.02.2023 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition on the ground that the petitioner already stands arrested.

In view of the afore-said submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
