The prayer made in the present petition is for directions to the respondents to pay the Leave Travel Concession to the petitioner from the date of her retirement.

Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, in terms of the notification dated 30.05.2022, Annexure P-9, representation shall be filed, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel submits that if the same is filed within a period of 04 weeks, it shall be considered and decided within a period of six months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
