***** SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents not to harass the petitioner and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members and further prayed to fairly conclude the investigation of FIR No.9, dated 05.01.2015, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon, District Ludhiana Rural.
