This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.130 dated October 16, 2015 under Section 379-B IPC, registered at Police Station, Mehtiana, District Hoshiarpur.

Crl. Misc. No.M-20076 of 2016 [2] effected. Investigation is complete. Report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been presented in the court of learned jurisdictional Magistrate. 3.

In the given circumstances, presence of petitioner is not required for further interrogation. Moreover, disposal of trial would take sufficient long time and this Court is of the considered view that it would not be desirable to keep the petitioners behind the bars for further period. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be released on their furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
