Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner Sukhwant Singh in case FIR No.84 dated 16.9.2014 under Sections 420,120-B IPC,PS Shahpur Kandi,Distt.Pathankot. The allegations against petitioner-Sukhwant Singh and nonapplicant co-accused Nishan Singh and Sarwan Singh are that they duped complainant-Balbir Singh and four others to the tune of Rs.11,42,000/- on the pretext of getting their sons recruited in Army and forged and fabricated appointment letters were handed over to them. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
