***** JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 300 dated 26.09.2016 under Sections 365, 376-D IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal. In terms of the order dated 25.09.2017, an affidavit has been filed giving the details of the cases pending against the petitioner Digamber and his brothers Ajit and Ranno @ Ranvir.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition.
