This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 29 dated 13.05.2015 under sections 326/342/447/323/354/148/149 IPC at Police Station Khem Karan district Tarn Taran.

Learned State counsel submits that accused Gursaheb Singh has been arrested by the investigating agency. According to him, pursuant to order dated 24.08.2015, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated 24.08.2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
