Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned action of respondent No.2 for issuing charge sheet against the petitioner on the same terms of show cause notice dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) on the basis of which the petitioner has been suspended vide order dated 21.12.2020 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 and later on suspension order stayed vide order dated 25.02.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1 which is against mandatory provision of Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 is illegal and gross abuse and misuse the process of law. Further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to act in accordance with order dated 25.02.2021 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1 and for staying RITTU 2024.01.25 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
