(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.165 dated 18.04.2018, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"), registered at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. 2.

While granting interim bail on 11.05.2018, this Court has passed the following order: - "Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press the present petition qua petitioner No.2).

In view of above, the present petition dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No.2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Singh, has stated that in terms of order dated 11.05.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
