REKHA MITTAL, J. (Oral) There does not appear to be any possibility of settlement between the parties, at present. However, counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation in compliance with interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2016 and they are ready to face the proceedings, in accordance with law. Counsel for the State concedes to this fact.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i) They shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) They shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; Mohd.
