**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for releasing the petitioner on interim bail in order to enable him to take 10+2 written and practical examinations from Haryana Open School, which would commence on 13.03.2020 and conclude on 11.04.2020. The petitioner herein is in custody in FIR No.679 dated 26.09.2019 registered under Sections 302, 376, 436, 511, 120, 34 IPC at Police Station Gharaunda, Karnal. The petitioner herein is doing 10+2 from Haryana Open School for which final examinations are scheduled to be held from 13.03.2020 to 11.04.2020, which fact is evident from the admit card (Annexure P-2) issued to the petitioner therefore, prays for interim bail to enable him to take aforesaid examinations.

In view of the admitted position that the petitioner has to take his 10+2 examinations, which would commence from 13.03.2020 and conclude on 11.04.2020, let the petitioner be released on interim bail from 13.03.2020 to 11.04.2020 on furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate. The petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court/Duty Magistrate on 12.04.2020.

The petition is allowed in above terms.
