Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.73 dated 01.07.2018, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised that petitioner is no more.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
