(Oral) This petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 to take action on the complaint and to protect the petitioner and her husband at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 12.

On notice, a reply has been filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 3 stating therein that the petitioner has filed the complaint on the provocation of the family members and there was no iota of truth in the story of the petitioner, as the incident was narrated to be of 10.05.2016 but the application was given on 28.05.2016 and petitioner under the garb of her earlier petition, wants to falsely implicate the private respondents. To this effect, respectables of the village have given the statement (R-1).

In view of the detailed reply, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is dismissed.
