Reply by way of short affidavit of Sh. Baljeet Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent Central Jail, Patiala has been filed by learned State counsel today in Court, which is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to mention the petitioner would be at liberty to have recourse to appropriate remedies for redressal of his grievances, if any still survive, in accordance with law.
