Mr. Sandeep Arora, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for issuing directions to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to take appropriate action on the representation (P.1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though there is no case pending against the petitioner, however, at the instance of respondent No.5, the petitioner is being repeatedly called to the police station. He has referred to a pronote dated 24.12.2012 which was executed in respect of petitioner taking some loan from respondent No.5. The petitioner has already returned the amount to respondent No.5. However, due to certain issues relating to the interest part, the official respondents at the instance of respondent No.5 are harassing the petitioner by calling him for settling the matter.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the presence of the petitioner is MANOJ KUMAR 2019.03.12 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
