" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.4 dated 03.02.2015 registered at Police Station Women, District Bathinda under Sections 406/498=A IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
