She submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous as the order directing recovery to be effected from the salary of the petitioner, has since been withdrawn. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival in case any grouse subsists.
