On 17.09.2024 the following order was passed : "The counsel for the appellant prays for time to address arguments by submitting that the arguing counsel is in personal difficulty.

Adjourned to 26.02.2025.

However, no further adjournment shall be granted. The case shall be taken up and considered for final decision irrespective of the fact whether any of the counsel comes present to argue the case or not. It is further clarified that even if counsel happens to be in personal difficulty, it shall be the sole responsibility of such counsel to make alternate arrangements for ensuring arguments of the case. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.
