By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashing of orders dated 10.09.2021, 04.10.2021 and 06.02.2023 passed by JMIC, Ludhiana passed in FIR No. 27 dated 26.02.2020 under Sections 363/366-A of IPC, registered at Police Station, Dehlon, District Ludhiana. 2.

On 14.02.2024, the following order was passed: "It is, inter alia, submitted that a compromise has been effected between the parties whereinafter the petitioner and the victim are living together as husband and wife & they have been blessed with a child as well.

Put up on 05.03.2024 along with CRM-M-50914 of 2022. Operation of the impugned orders dated 10.09.2021, 04.10.2021 and 06.02.2023 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing."

In view of the above, the petition is allowed.
