(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.114, dated 12.10.2018 and to take action against respondents No.4 to 6 in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, is directed to look into the matter, in a time-bound manner. A perusal of record shows that there is no representation moved on behalf of the petitioner to any of the police authorities. Therefore, instant petition is liable to be dismissed.
