These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions for quashing of the impugned order vide which the claim for regularization of services of the petitioners was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that during the pendency of this case, their services stand regularized notionally w.e.f. 01.10.2003 and actually w.e.f. 18.06.2014, vide orders dated 16.01.2015 and amended by 09.10.2017, in wake of which the matter has been rendered infructuous, however liberty be granted to challenge the aforesaid order, if need arises. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
