***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for grant of bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court so as to seek bail. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 15 days from today and moves an application for grant of bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
