There is alleged recovery of 200 grams of intoxicating powder.

Petitioner was on bail and due to wrong noting of the date he was absent on 23.11.2015. Consequently, his bail bonds were cancelled and non-bailable warrants issued.

It is contended that this was a singular inadvertent nonappearance on the part of the petitioner. It is further submitted that pursuant to the order dated RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.02.05 09:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 2016/2016 20.1.2016 passed by this Court petitioner surrendered before the trial court and was granted interim bail vide order dated 27.1.2016. In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 20.1.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute.
