Sukhija, is present in the Court. Mr. Sukhija states at the bar that the petitioner, Surjit Singh, had filed CRWP-1079-2013, wherein he (petitioner) had stated before the coordinate Bench hearing the said criminal writ petition that the matter was settled amicably and, as such, the said petition was dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. CRM-M-22023-2013 dated 25.2.2014, passed in CRWP-1079-2013, which is taken on record and a copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After going through the order dated 25.2.2014, passed in CRWP-1079-2013, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of repeated information, the petitioner, Surjit Singh, is not coming forward to assist him in this case. He further submits that in view of the decision of the above stated criminal writ petition, the present petition be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
