The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing Clause 3 of appointment order dated 04.01.2022, Annexure P-1 mandating passing of the typed test within a period of one year.

The petitioner was appointed on 04.01.2022 on compassionate basis on the post of Clerk-cum-Data Entry Entry Operator on the demise of her husband who died on 19.09.2020, while working as a Computer Lecturer, The State has itself issued instructions on 30.01.2024, Annexure P3 to exempt the widows of deceased who have been granted compassionate appointment from passing type test, however, still petitioner is being insisted to clear the said test.

Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, she will submit a detailed representation referring to the above instructions which may be directed to be decided in a time bound PARVINDER SINGH 2025.03.01 15:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP No. 5625 OF 2025 manner, to which learned State counsel submits that if the same is filed within a period of 02 weeks, it shall be considered and decided within a period of two months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 4.
Disposed of accordingly and if the petitioner is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to her interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
