(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.68 dated 01.04.2018, under Sections 494 & 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No. 7, Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and on the direction of this Court, has joined the investigation. It is also contended that nothing is to be recovered from him.

Per contra, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, Investigating Officer, submits that petitioner has joined SATYAWAN 2018.12.10 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
