*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and have been released on interim bail. He has further contended that on completion of investigation the challan has since been filed in the Court which has granted the concession of regular bail to both the petitioners.

It being so, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
