Notice of motion. Mr. Deepak Kumar Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

Petitioners, Ritu and Sajjan Kumar, have moved this Court seeking protection on the ground that they have married on 3.6.2015 against the wishes of their parents and relatives. 4.

Counsel for the petitioners has stated that the petitioners had moved a representation (Annexure P5) before Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad to seek protection, but no action has been taken by the police. 5.

In this view of the matter, Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad is directed to look into the representation (Annexure P5) and if there is any substance in it, may proceed further, in accordance with law. 6.

The present order, however, shall not be deemed to be proof qua the factum/validity of their matrimonial alliance of the petitioners.
