RITU BAHRI , J (ORAL) Petition is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.136 dated 09.9.2015 under Sections 376 and 4/6 of P.O.S.C.O Act, 2012 registered at P.S P.A.U District Ludhiana.

Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Gian Singh, has informed that out of 16 prosecution witnesses, 04 have already been examined.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
