CRWP19982025 This is a petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking directions to respondent No.3 for conducting the medical examination of undertrial prisoner namely Ashu at Civil Hospital Gurugram. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, , contends that feeling aggrieved by the act and misconduct of respondents No.5 to 8, the petitioner had filed the instant petition seeking appropriate direction against them. He submits that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has moved a SANDAL SHARMA 2025.04.10 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment



(O&M) -2representation (Annexure P1) to the Director General of Prisons, Haryana via email dated 07.04.2025. He submits that under instructions of his client, he has a limited request to say that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if at this stage, respondent No.2 is asked to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P1) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner, so that the grievance of the petitioner could be resolved. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the aforesaid representation will be disposed off in an expeditious manner in accordance with law. 4.

After considering the rival contentions and considering the limited request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2Director General of Prisons, Haryana, to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P1) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. The decision so taken be intimated to the petitioner.
