***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and his family members at the behest of respondents No.4 and 5.

Affidavit of Jasbir Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Balluana, District Fazilka, filed in Court today, is taken on record. As per affidavit cancellation report in FIR No.25 dated 11.03.2015 registered under Sections 323/356/148/149 IPC at Police Station Bahav Wala, District Fazilka, has been prepared. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
