The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.651 dated 03.12.2022, registered under Sections 22(c ), 27-A and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.
