Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned proxy counsel contends that he has the instructions to plead that the substantive sentence of the petitioner has been suspended by Hon'ble the Supreme Court and, as such, the prayer for his transfer from Central Jail, Ambala to Central Jail, Patiala, has been rendered infructuous. The counsel for the respondents have not controverted the above prayer.
