1 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondentcomplainant contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since upon conclusion of the investigation, a cancellation report had been filed by the Police. He further submits that even as per the reply filed by the respondents-State through Jaiveer Singh, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, it has been stated in Para No. 8 that a cancellation report has already been submitted in the Court of Area Magistrate, Faridabad.
In view of the aforesaid undisputed position, the present petition has been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
