Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner-Sahi Ram has expired and although, he had contacted the legal heirs of the deceased-petitioner, however, they are not forthcoming to pursue the present petition and in this regard he seeks a short accommodation to get clear instructions.

At his request, adjourned to 13.08.2024."

Today, in pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 18.07.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal representative(s) of the deceased-petitioner is not coming forward to contest the instant writ petition; and he has no further instructions in the matter. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
