       ***** AMOL RATTAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her claim under the oustees quota for allotment of a plot; and to allot a plot in lieu of the acquisition of her land (as contended).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards her grievance, she has also made a representation/application to the Estate Officer, HSIIDC on 12.12.2018 (copy Annexure P-2) and at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if the said representation is decided within a specific time frame. That being so,
