At the asking of the Court, Ms. Mahima Yashpal, DAG, Haryana accepts notice for respondent-State of Haryana. The prayer made in the instant petition is primarily for issuance of directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Hisar to decide the application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner at the earliest possible.

Keeping in view the nature of the prayer made as also the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Special Court, Hisar to decide the application filed by the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C., in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
