******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies available to the petitioner including right of the petitioner to move application before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner as well as other witnesses are facing threats from the accused, who are hardened criminals, to appear before the trial Court. Superintendent of Police, Jind and Kurukshetra are directed to look into this grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
