The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 11. 2.

It has been averred that both the petitioners are major and have solemnized marriage against the wishes of the private respondents. The date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 15.04.1989 and copy of Aadhar Card to that effect is attached as Annexure P/1 and the date of birth of petitioner No. 2 is 10.09.1989 and a copy of matriculation certificate is attached as Annexure P/3. The marriage of the petitioners was solemnised on 30.05.2015 according to Hindu rites and the photographs of the marriage are attached as Annexures P/4.
