**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the Revisional Court to decide Criminal Revision No. 150/17 dated 21.3.2017 titled 'Deepak Bhasin and others versus Shama Chopra' (Annexure P-6).

Report of the Revisional Court has been received. It appears that the matter has still not been decided. The Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar has reported that the matter is fixed for 8.8.2018. The Revisional Court would hear the parties on the next date of hearing. Both the sides would be ready with their submissions and will not seek adjournment.

The petition is disposed of.
