SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS read with 528 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.946 dated 22.11.2023 under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at P.S Yamuna Nagar City, District Yamuna Nagar. After arguing at some length, learned counsel seeks indulgence to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Prayer is accepted.
