After arguing for some time, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition provided he is granted reasonable time to find out appropriate space to relocate him.

In view of the above, the learned counsel representing the petitioner-tenant, on instructions from his client, has undertaken to vacate the premises in question within a period of 6 months. 3.
In view thereof, the revision petition is disposed of with the following terms:- (i) Petitioner-tenant shall hand over vacant possession of the premises in question to the landlord-respondent within six months i.e. on or before 18.10.2024;
(ii) Tenant would also deposit the entire arrears of rent, if any, and future rent for a period of six months along with an undertaking to be filed before the Rent Controller; SATYAWAN 2024.04.22 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
Civil Revision No.1712 of 2024 (O&M) 2 2024:PHHC:053034 (iii) Tenant shall be liable to file an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. (iv) He would also file an affidavit that he shall not transfer the possession of the premises to someone lese. 4.
The civil miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
