Tarn Taran on behalf of petitioner-accused Gurwinder Kaur who has been summoned as additional accused to face trial on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC for commission of aforesaid offences. Vide order dated 21.1.2016 passed by this Court,while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within ten days, she shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. CRM-M 2028/2016 surrendered before the trial court and was granted interim bail vide order dated 27.1.2016, which fact, on instructions, is not denied by the learned State counsel.

Copy of the order dated 27.1.2016 passed by trial court granting interim bail to petitioner, produced in Court, is taken on record.

In view of the above interim bail granted by the trial court pursuant to the order dated 21.1.2016 passed by this Court is confirmed.
