(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.141, dated 06.03.2022, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 added later on), registered at Police Station City, District Bhiwani (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner stands arrested in this case.
