(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, petitioner had approached the respondents and out of the two sale deeds, one has already been registered and in the other sale deed some objections have been raised, which will be cleared by the petitioner soon and therefore, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed off as such in view of the event which has occurred subsequent to the filing of the instant petition. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed off having been rendered infructuous.
