(ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to the respondents to transfer investigation in FIR No. 93 dated 28.04.2015 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazillka to any adjoining district or to any competent officer of the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous as the accused has been arrested in this case.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
