Mr. Karan Dev Sharma, Advocate, has caused appearance on behalf of petitioner, through a validly executed power of attorney in his favour, with no objection taken thereon, from the previous counsel, which is taken on record.

Through the present petitioner, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.554, dated 28.10.2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Baldev Nagar, Ambala (Annexure P-1), and all the other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

All the pleas, as raised by petitioner, through the instant petition, are in fact disputed question of facts, which cannot be adjudicated by this Court under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C. The

CRM-M-12501-2024 -2appreciation of evidence can only be done by the learned trial court concerned, at an appropriate stage of the trial. 3.

This Court has put a specific query to learned counsel for the petitioner, to put forth any legal submission, which requires consideration by this Court, to which he only referred to the disputed question of facts, which cannot be adjudicated by this Court under the provisions of Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Therefore, the instant petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as raised through the instant petition, before the learned trial Court concerned, at an appropriate stage of the trial.

Dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.

All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
